Ever since I’ve started college 4yrs ago, I went through exercize phases. I think that’s the reason why I didn’t gain the dreaded “Freshman 15”. Well, here’s another one lol! But this time around I wanna make this a permanent asset in my life π Fyi, I love my body the way it is. I just wanna make it better by toning some areas π
A year or two ago, I was introduced to Pilates. I’ve loved it ever since. I even took an exercise course on it …and loved it. I got back into it two weeks ago and forgot how much I loved it! Lol! I’ve been looking at YouTube videos on a fitness instructor named Blogilates. She is dope!
Since I’ve started back up working out, I wanted to share one of her Pilates routines
