Okay… let me first start by saying that I am not a shopaholic… nor am I one who shops often.
I am a picky shopper, it has to stick out to me, and it must be different from what I already have. With that being said, I saw the following picture on Facebook of a pair of shoes that featured my favorite color (Royal Blue).
I. Was. In. Love!
I tried to ignore them, but one of my good friends/sisters tagged me in them and… it stuck out to me. I had to get them!
Hesitantly, I go on shoedazzle.com and realized that I needed an account in order to get into the website to see my shoes. I did what was asked, and then they asked me some questions about my style to create a personal showroom of my own (very cool)! I finally got in to find my shoes. I find them, went straight to checkout, and realized that they are a lot cheaper if I signed up for VIP. I mean a lot cheaper. A whole lot cheaper. Plus I get 75% off on my first purchase if I sign up for it. At first I second-guessed myself, thinking whether or not it’s worth it. As I was reading about the VIP program, they take a certain amount of money from your bank account monthly. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to do that at first; but the good thing is that I can skip however many months I want, as long as I don’t forget to do so. However, I still wasn’t sure if I wanted to do that or not. Therefore, I decided to keep them in my cart for a while.
I left my shoes in there for a few days, alone and by themselves. I couldn’t stop thinking about them. So I went and got back on the site to get them. There was still a 2 for $24 Sale going on, so I got a denim jumper to go with it. I was satisfied with my purchase, no regrets. Now all I had to do was wait.
It was a long wait. I watched YouTube videos of Shoedazzle Hauls in the meantime. Not all day, but for a while. Yea, I had it bad. The only videos I saw was about shoes, not the clothes; so I was interested in how my jumper will turn out.
It finally came a day before my trip to Chicago (blog coming soon btw). I was so excited!
Packaging was good and nothing was missing!
They fit pretty good. They’re higher than what I’m used to, but they’re good. I looked at reviews and learned that they run small. I wear a normal size 9, but I got these in a 10.
Now as for the jumper, it came wrinkled with a couple lose threading. However, an iron and scissors can fix those. It fits okay on me… a little loose on the top and tight at the bottom (which is not bad), so I’m glad that I bought it at the sale price. I’m not sure if I would buy them at regular price.
UPDATE! Here’s how I wore my jumper
Overall, I am a satisfied customer and I do not regret it. I will buy something again… when the time is right.
